Key Responsibilities
- Prepare drink orders accurately and efficiently according to specified recipes and using standardized measuring systems.
- Service wine and champagne bottles to guests, including proper opening and presentation techniques.
- Set up bar equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the shift.
- Ensure all beverage service adheres to established quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Interact professionally with guests to understand preferences and provide recommendations.
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and report needs to management as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar beverage service role.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, and champagne handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., bottles).
