Bartender

Prepareto craft exceptional guest experiences as a Bartender at External Listings in Surabaya, East Java. This role is central to our Food and Beverage & Culinary team, ensuring every drink served meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will be responsible for efficiently processing drink orders, meticulously following established recipes and using precise measuring systems to create consistent and delicious beverages. Your expertise will extend to the careful handling and service of wine and champagne bottles, requiring knowledge of proper opening techniques and presentation. Beyond direct service, you will play a key part in maintaining the bar's operational readiness by setting up necessary equipment and ensuring a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders accurately and efficiently according to specified recipes and using standardized measuring systems.
• Service wine and champagne bottles to guests, including proper opening and presentation techniques.
• Set up bar equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the shift.
• Ensure all beverage service adheres to established quality standards and presentation guidelines.
• Interact professionally with guests to understand preferences and provide recommendations.
• Maintain inventory of bar supplies and report needs to management as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar beverage service role.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, and champagne handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., bottles).
