About the Role

The Caregiver plays a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. This position involves direct supervision, care, and the development of age-appropriate activities designed to promote learning, social skills, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure their safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan, organize, and implement engaging daily activities and learning experiences tailored to children's developmental stages.
• Facilitate play-based learning opportunities that encourage creativity, exploration, and social interaction.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, providing updates on children's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment within the daycare setting.
• Collaborate with the team to support the smooth operation of the daycare center.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with children, parents, and staff.
• High level of patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative learning activities.
