Technical Support & TrainingCoordinator (Skillbridge) This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to JSI Telecom's mission by providing essential technical support while actively participating in a structured 10-week Skillbridge training internship. The position requires a proactive individual capable of balancing direct service delivery with the development and management of training programs designed to enhance team capabilities and readiness. Success in this role involves ensuring high-quality support operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience through the comprehensive Skillbridge program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and effective technical support to internal teams and potentially external clients, resolving issues and providing solutions.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs to ensure team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
  • Collaborate closely with the training team and subject matter experts to design and implement relevant training materials and sessions.
  • Assist in the administration and logistics of the 10-week Skillbridge internship program, including onboarding and tracking progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of support interactions and training program participation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the support and training functions.

Requirements

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and trainees.
