About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting the Lobby Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of The Grand Lobby, ensuring all guest interactions are conducted with the highest standards of professionalism and warmth. This involves overseeing guest services, managing staff schedules, and maintaining the lobby's pristine environment and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the Lobby Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and managing guest expectations.
- Oversee daily lobby operations, including guest check-in/check-out, concierge services, and lobby maintenance.
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and provide coaching to ensure high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of lobby service initiatives.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest service.
