Modern Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking askilled Modern Fullstack Engineer to join our team at LNTECH in Surabaya, East Java. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, end-to-end custom software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business clients. You will leverage modern technologies to build scalable applications from the frontend to the backend, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code and a seamless user experience.

About the Role

You will work collaboratively within a dynamic development team to translate complex business requirements into functional, high-performance software. Your expertise will be crucial in selecting and implementing the most appropriate modern technology stack to deliver innovative solutions efficiently. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from initial design and prototyping through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement fullstack applications using ReactJS for the frontend and Supabase as the backend solution.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Capacitor, ensuring seamless integration with the core application.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand customer needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
• Identify and implement performance optimizations and security enhancements throughout the application lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications and features.

Requirements

• Proven experience building fullstack applications using ReactJS and Supabase (or similar modern frontend and backend technologies).
• Experience developing mobile applications using Capacitor (or equivalent cross-platform frameworks).
• Strong understanding of modern web development principles, including RESTful APIs, state management, and database design.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, design effective solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is highly desirable.
• A passion for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
