About the Role

You will be responsible for providing essential support to the College's communication team, focusing on the planning, development, and execution of a wide range of communication initiatives and campaigns. This involves collaborating closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of College-level communication campaigns and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of compelling content for various channels including digital platforms, print materials, and events.
  • Support the coordination and execution of communication activities to enhance the College's visibility and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and effective messaging.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on the impact and reach of communication efforts.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for communication projects and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supporting communication or marketing roles, ideally within an educational or similar institutional setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant communication software and platforms.
