NH Sld Operator Technician

Bayer, a global leader in the life science industry, is seeking a dedicated NH Sld Operator Technician to join our production team in Surabaya, East Java. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of filling and packaging machinery, directly contributing to the consistent production of high-quality finished products that meet stringent health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on operation and control of filling and packaging lines, ensuring smooth production flow while maintaining rigorous adherence to established protocols. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to upholding Bayer's core values of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling and packaging machinery to achieve production targets for quality, quantity, health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Perform routine machine checks, adjustments, and minor maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously for all production tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify they meet specified standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) operating filling and packaging machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of basic mechanical principles and electrical systems relevant to production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and operational manuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) principles is advantageous.
• Ability to work shifts, including potentially weekends or overtime as production demands require.
