About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end acquisition process of new customers, both through agency channels and direct selling initiatives. This involves identifying potential clients, guiding them through the application process for cash loans backed by property certificates (sertifikat rumah) or commercial property (ruko), and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. A significant component of the role involves supporting the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of Business Agents (BAs) to enhance our market reach and service delivery capabilities.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the acquisition and onboarding of new customers seeking property-backed financing, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to internal procedures.
- Collaborate with agency partners and direct sales teams to identify, qualify, and onboard potential customers for loan products.
- Support the recruitment, training, and performance management of Business Agents (BAs) to build and maintain a robust network.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer acquisition efficiency and BA network growth.
- Ensure all customer interactions and transactions comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of financial products, lending processes, or property markets is advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in sales, customer service, or business development.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate others, with a focus on team building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM systems.
