Logistic & Purchasing Specialist

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the company's logistics and purchasing functions, focusing on optimizing workflows and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and processing purchase orders.
• Coordinate logistics operations, such as shipment scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Provide support for warehouse operations and distribution processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistical and purchasing challenges.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or purchasing roles.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and procurement best practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of local regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
