PT Guna Prakarsa Driller is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Administrator to support the efficient operation of its warehouse facility in Buton, South East Sulawesi. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth inventory flow and ensuring the warehouse functions effectively to support the company's drilling operations. The successful candidate will play a key part in managing the warehouse's day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall logistical efficiency of the organization.

About the Role

The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of the warehouse, including inventory control, stock management, and coordination with logistics teams. This position involves ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment, maintaining detailed records, and supporting the maintenance of a well-organized and secure warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
• Perform stock audits and reconcile inventory levels with system records.
• Ensure the warehouse adheres to safety and security protocols.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to warehouse activities and inventory levels.
• Support the maintenance of a clean, organized, and functional warehouse space.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a warehouse administration or similar operational role.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for inventory management and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
• Physical capability to perform tasks requiring lifting and moving materials within the warehouse.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
