Executive, Operations (Disability Services)

Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities seeks a dedicated Executive, Operations (Disability Services) to play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of our Home. This position is fundamental to ensuring the highest standards of welfare, safety, and care for our clients with disabilities. About the Role

You will be responsible for assisting in the overall management and optimization of the Home's daily operations. This involves ensuring the welfare, safety, and care of our clients are consistently maintained. Your work will directly impact the quality of life and support provided to individuals with disabilities within our care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing daily operational activities within the Home.
• Ensure the welfare, safety, and care of clients with disabilities are upheld at all times.
• Contribute to the optimization of operational processes and resource utilization.
• Support the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Social Services, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a similar operational or support role within a disability services or social care setting.
• Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
