Relationship Manager, Commercial/Enterprise

Funding Societies, aleading financial services provider based in Surabaya, East Java, seeks a Relationship Manager to cultivate and nurture key commercial and enterprise client relationships. The Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact, bridging client needs with our comprehensive suite of financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing and prospective commercial/enterprise clients, understanding their unique financial requirements and business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and well-being coaching to clients, helping them navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve their goals.
• Ensure seamless delivery of our services, including proactive tech support and troubleshooting, to maintain optimal client experience and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant financial products and services to existing clients.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, support) to resolve client issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Report on client engagement, satisfaction metrics, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and relationship strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within commercial banking, financial services, or a related enterprise environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and resolving challenges.
• Understanding of commercial/enterprise financial products, services, and client management principles.
