Bijia Villa Ubud is seeking a dedicated OTA Sale Reservationn to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This role focuses on managing reservations and sales through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring efficient booking processes and maximizing occupancy for our villa accommodations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of OTA platforms and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.

About the Role

The OTA Sale Reservationn will be responsible for handling reservations and sales inquiries received via various Online Travel Agencies. This involves processing bookings accurately, managing availability, and ensuring clear communication with both guests and OTA partners. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail to maintain high booking standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process OTA reservations efficiently and accurately, ensuring all booking details are correctly recorded.
• Communicate effectively with guests and OTA partners regarding booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
• Monitor OTA availability and update reservation systems in real-time to prevent overbooking.
• Resolve any guest or partner inquiries related to reservations promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all OTA transactions and reservations.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a reservation or sales role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Strong proficiency in using computer systems and OTA booking platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and partners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
