Learning & Development Executive | Jalan Besar

Business Edge is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Executive to join our team in Jalan Besar, Singapore. This role is pivotal in shaping the communication capabilities of our organization by identifying and developing targeted learning solutions. You will be responsible for sourcing, curating, and packaging comprehensive communications modules and training materials designed to enhance the core competencies of our communications officers. Your expertise will directly contribute to building a skilled and effective workforce capable of meeting evolving business demands.

About the Role

• Identify and source relevant learning programmes and resources to strengthen core communication competencies within the organization.
• Curate and package existing communications modules and training materials into structured, engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions.
• Ensure the quality and relevance of curated content aligns with organizational goals and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate potential learning providers and existing training materials.
• Develop and maintain a repository of curated communications training resources.
• Design and implement learning programmes focused on enhancing communication skills.
• Coordinate the delivery and assessment of training initiatives.
• Provide support in the continuous improvement of learning and development strategies.
