**About the Role**
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the Jayapura office. This includes managing office logistics, handling correspondence, and providing general support to ensure the team can focus on core objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
* Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Provide general administrative support to office staff and visitors.
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
