About the Role
The Asisten HRD Manager KD CRB will provide essential support to the HRD Manager in managing the full spectrum of human resource activities. This includes contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs aimed at enhancing employee performance, engagement, and development. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure effective talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HRD programs including training, development, and performance management initiatives.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and assisting with interviews.
- Contribute to the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and compliance with relevant labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
- Provide administrative support to the HRD Manager, including report preparation and meeting coordination.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an HRD or HR support role, preferably within a similar organizational structure.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations pertaining to HRD functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately.
