PT OlseraIndonesia Pratama is seeking a dedicated Onboard Specialist to join our team in Kendari, South East Sulawesi. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees, setting the foundation for their success within our organization. The Onboard Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding journey, from initial candidate communication through to the successful integration of new hires into their roles and our company culture.
About the Role
The Onboard Specialist will play a crucial role in welcoming new employees and ensuring they have all the necessary information, resources, and support to begin their employment effectively. This position involves coordinating various administrative and logistical tasks to facilitate a seamless transition into the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations, training sessions, and administrative paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with new employees, hiring managers, and HR personnel to ensure all pre-employment requirements are met and documentation is complete.
- Coordinate the setup of necessary systems, access credentials, and equipment for new starters.
- Provide new employees with comprehensive information about company policies, benefits, and organizational structure.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to the onboarding process and employee status.
- Identify and address any potential bottlenecks or issues within the onboarding workflow to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (minimum Bachelor's degree).
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment, with a focus on employee onboarding or recruitment support.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and HRIS systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in all administrative processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
