About the Role

The Manager of Turbine Support is responsible for the overall management and execution of turbine support activities. This includes planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance schedules, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing strategies to maximize equipment uptime and performance. The role demands strong leadership to guide a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring adherence to stringent safety protocols and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, execution, and oversight of all turbine maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for turbine support operations.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to resolve equipment issues and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding turbine support needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in turbine maintenance, operations, or a related technical field.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of gas turbines, steam turbines, or similar rotating equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential shifts and emergency response situations.
• Relevant technical certifications or degrees in engineering or a related discipline.
