About the Role

You will work closely with curators, designers, and stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver exhibitions that reflect the nation’s unique identity and accomplishments. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage exhibition timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee the logistics of transportation, installation, and de‑installation of exhibition materials.
- Monitor progress against milestones and report on project status to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards throughout the exhibition lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between curatorial, design, and operations departments to maintain a cohesive creative vision.
- Support the preparation of documentation, including project proposals, reports, and post‑event evaluations.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in exhibition management, project coordination, or a related cultural field.
