About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage exhibition timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee the logistics of transportation, installation, and de‑installation of exhibition materials.
• Monitor progress against milestones and report on project status to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards throughout the exhibition lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between curatorial, design, and operations departments to maintain a cohesive creative vision.
• Support the preparation of documentation, including project proposals, reports, and post‑event evaluations.
