Logistics Staff

PSA BDP, a leading logistics provider within the global PS group, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Staff member to join our operations team in Semarang, Central Java. This permanent, full-time role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient movement of goods within our regional network, supporting the seamless flow of cargo and ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role

The Logistics Staff plays a fundamental role in the day-to-day execution of logistics operations. This position involves supporting the coordination and management of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to operational standards within the Semarang hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage cargo movement and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to logistics activities.
• Support warehouse operations, including inventory checks and loading/unloading processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic proficiency in relevant software applications.
