This role involves supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse facility through administrative and operational tasks. About the Role
The Administrasi Gudang Warehouse position requires an individual to provide essential administrative support to the warehouse team. Key duties include managing inventory records, processing incoming and outgoing goods, and assisting with stock control procedures. This role demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate warehouse documentation and facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management of warehouse inventory records and stock levels.
- Process and document incoming and outgoing goods shipments accurately.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date warehouse documentation and records.
- Support warehouse staff with administrative tasks related to stock control and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse administration or similar operational role.
