You will work within a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently and minimize downtime. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform routine and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. * Diagnose and repair malfunctions in industrial machinery, electrical systems, and related equipment. * Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential failures or safety hazards. * Follow established procedures and safety protocols meticulously. * Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to understand equipment requirements and resolve issues. * Assist in the installation of new equipment or modifications to existing systems. **Requirements** * Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Teknisi Alat or in a similar maintenance role. * Strong practical knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, and mechanical principles. * Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local standards) and commitment to a safe working environment. * Good communication skills and ability to document work clearly.
