About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate partnership programs to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, ensuring they understand and adhere to Intrepid Group's brand guidelines and performance expectations.
- Implement and monitor affiliate marketing campaigns across various channels, utilizing tracking and analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve campaign strategies and partner performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in affiliate marketing, managing programs, and driving performance.
