About the Role
This role is pivotal in expanding Mekari Talenta's market presence and client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to increase adoption and revenue within the Talenta ecosystem.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share for Mekari Talenta.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations and influencers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target industries.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of sales proposals and negotiation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing) to align on business goals and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales processes and channel strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and competitive landscapes effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
