About the Role
The Service Supervisor will be a key leader within the pest management team, directly overseeing the daily operations and performance of assigned technicians. This position requires a balance of technical expertise in pest control methods and strong interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and client interactions effectively. The role involves coordinating service activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pest control technicians, providing clear direction and performance feedback.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient execution of pest detection, elimination, and prevention tasks.
- Monitor team performance against service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs, explain service options, and manage expectations.
- Ensure all team activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance team productivity and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and team performance data.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within pest control, facility management, or a related service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team of technicians.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pest control methods, safety procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
