Sponsorship Information Officer - AP Simokerto

The Sponsorship Information Officer plays a vital role in supporting this mission within the Surabaya office.

About the Role

This position is crucial for managing and disseminating sponsorship information effectively. The officer will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data related to child sponsorship programs is maintained and communicated both internally and externally, supporting the overall goals of child well-being and community development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate sponsorship information databases and records.
• Coordinate with field offices and partners to gather and verify sponsorship data.
• Prepare and disseminate sponsorship reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries from sponsors, beneficiaries, and partner organizations regarding sponsorship details.
• Ensure compliance with World Vision's policies and procedures regarding sponsorship information management.
• Support the implementation of sponsorship program activities through information provision.

Requirements

• Educational background in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management, information coordination, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with database management systems and office software.
