Junior Production Research Associate

Bayer, a global leader in agriculture, seeks a dedicated Junior Production Research Associate to support our seed production research operations in Surabaya, East Java. About the Role

• Execute and supervise daily field operations for seed production research activities.
• Conduct thorough data collection and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with research teams to develop and implement enhanced processes and methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to established protocols and safety standards throughout research activities.
• Provide support in documenting research findings and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring seed production research field trials.
• Perform routine data collection tasks related to plant growth, yield, and quality metrics.

Requirements
