WAREHOUSE / SUPPLY CHAIN SENIOR STAFF

PT Bolde Inovasi Global is seeking a highly experienced Warehouse / Supply Chain Senior Staff to join their operations team in Banten. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's supply chain and warehouse functions, directly impacting overall operational performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will bring strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to optimize processes and lead key initiatives within this critical department.

About the Role

The Warehouse / Supply Chain Senior Staff will play a senior leadership role within the supply chain and warehouse operations. This position requires a professional with a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and practical warehouse management experience. The role involves providing strategic input, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the smooth execution of all warehouse and supply chain activities to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective product movement.
• Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and technology to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, production, sales) to align supply chain activities with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the warehouse and supply chain.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to warehouse and supply chain staff.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in warehouse and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and supply chain principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and achieve operational excellence.
