About the Role
The Duty Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the hotel, directly impacting guest satisfaction and the overall performance of the property. This position involves leading the team, managing key functions, and upholding Hilton's standards of service and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth and efficient daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function cohesively.
- Lead and manage the hotel team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of service and productivity.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing guest relations effectively.
- Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement strategies to maintain or improve operational efficiency and financial results.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations across all areas of hotel operations.
- Assist with the management of budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation as required.
