Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the cabin for departure and arrival, ensuring all safety equipment is operational and accessible.
• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage stowage, providing clear instructions and support.
• Deliver attentive service throughout the flight, including beverage and meal service, while maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment.
• Respond promptly and effectively to passenger inquiries, requests, and any in-flight incidents, prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Conduct thorough post-flight cabin checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the crew.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or aviation is advantageous.
• Proven experience in customer service within the aviation or hospitality sector is highly desirable.
• Physical capability to perform duties including lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by flight schedules.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
