About the Role

We are seeking a Manager of Source Region Compliance for the APAC market to lead and elevate our compliance framework across the region. The successful candidate will ensure that sourcing activities adhere to the highest ethical, regulatory, and quality standards, while driving continuous improvement and fostering strong partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies tailored to APAC regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and assessments of supplier performance to identify gaps and mitigate issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including legal, quality, and procurement — to embed compliance into sourcing decisions.
  • Provide guidance and training to regional sourcing personnel on compliance best practices.
  • Monitor changes in regional regulations and translate them into actionable actions for the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business, or supply chain management; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Demonstrated understanding of APAC regulatory environments and international trade requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory data and drive corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with proficiency in English and preferably additional regional languages.
