Leading the Collection Data Analytics & Performance function at Amartha in South Jakarta, this pivotal role drives data-driven insights to enhance collection operations and strategic decision-making. You will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced analytics models, providing critical support to forecasting, target setting, capacity planning, and strategic business reviews specifically focused on collection performance. This position demands close, collaborative partnerships across Collection Operational, Lending, Risk, Product & Technology, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and actionable intelligence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the design, development, and execution of data analytics initiatives to improve collection performance metrics and operational efficiency. * Provide analytical support for forecasting models, target setting processes, and capacity planning activities related to collections. * Develop and maintain robust analytical frameworks and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive strategic business reviews. * Collaborate extensively with Collection Operational, Lending, Risk, Product & Technology, and Operations teams to ensure data integrity, alignment, and effective communication of insights. * Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management and operational teams. **Requirements:** * Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, specifically within a collections, lending, or risk management environment. * Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing analytical models for forecasting, performance monitoring, and strategic planning. * Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across diverse functional teams (e.g., Operations, Risk, Product). * Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI) and statistical methodologies. * Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, concise, and impactful business recommendations. * Strategic thinking mindset with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
