The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking motivated professionals to join its Manpower Development team, contributing to the strategic planning and execution of workforce initiatives that support Singapore’s transport ecosystem.

About the Role

This position offers an opportunity to work within the Industry & Manpower Development division, focusing on shaping talent pipelines, enhancing employee capabilities, and aligning workforce strategies with organizational goals. The role may be titled Manager, Deputy Manager, or Assistant Manager depending on experience and scope of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce development programmes that align with LTA’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management activities to ensure a capable and agile workforce.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, reporting findings to senior leadership.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions and foster a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in workforce planning, talent development, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
