Recovery Officer (Bekasi / Jakarta Barat)

PTMoladin Digital Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to join their team based in Bekasi, West Java. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth recovery and resolution of customer accounts, contributing to the overall financial health and customer satisfaction of the company. The successful candidate will play a key part in managing the recovery process efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing the recovery of outstanding customer accounts. This involves initiating contact with customers, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The role requires strong communication skills, a methodical approach, and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the recovery process for overdue customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or other channels to discuss repayment options.
• Negotiate and establish feasible repayment plans with customers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all recovery activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, legal regulations, and ethical standards throughout the recovery process.
• Report on recovery progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar recovery or collections role, preferably within the financial services or telecommunications sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of accounts efficiently.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and recovery best practices is advantageous.
