About the Role

The Activation Specialist will play a pivotal role in accelerating user onboarding and adoption of our SaaS solutions. Working closely with product, marketing, and sales teams, you will devise and execute strategies that guide customers from initial interest to active, sustained usage of Mekari’s platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement onboarding workflows that increase activation rates for new customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather user feedback and refine activation pathways.
• Conduct product demonstrations, tutorials, and workshops to ensure seamless user adoption.
• Monitor key activation metrics and generate reports to inform continuous improvement.
• Support customer success initiatives by identifying and addressing barriers to product usage.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in SaaS customer activation, user onboarding, or a closely related role.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and experience with CRM platforms.
• Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
• Background: Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in user activation and engagement.
