Maintenance SPV

PTIGP Internasional is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor (SPV) to join our team in Yogyakarta. About the Role

The Maintenance SPV will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of assigned facilities or equipment. This position involves coordinating maintenance teams, planning and executing maintenance schedules, and ensuring all work adheres to safety standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Planning, scheduling, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Conducting inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Managing maintenance budgets and tracking expenditures for assigned areas.
• Collaborating with other departments to address facility-related concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum educational background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related field.
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to a safe working environment.
