This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to diagnose issues, perform necessary repairs, and implement preventive maintenance schedules. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform installation, servicing, and repair of residential and commercial air conditioning units. * Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventive maintenance on AC systems. * Diagnose faults and malfunctions in AC units and implement effective solutions. * Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding system operation and care. * Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and parts used. * Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures. **Requirements** * Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as an AC Technician or in a similar maintenance role. * Strong practical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site visits. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required. **What We Offer** We provide a supportive work environment focused on professional development.
