About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor graduate and undergraduate research students.
  • Contribute to the development of new research centers or initiatives within SIT related to quantum technologies.
  • Engage in academic service, including committee work and peer review.

Requirements

  • A PhD degree in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated excellence in research, evidenced by a strong publication record in top-tier journals or conferences.
  • Proven experience in teaching quantum computing or related subjects at the university level.
  • Evidence of securing external research grants and managing research projects effectively.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
