About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business strategies specifically tailored to the SSEA market. This involves analyzing regional market dynamics, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives to enhance the Surface Division's market share and profitability. A core objective is to strengthen the division's reputation as the undisputed market leader, ensuring consistent performance against key targets and fostering strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional business plans and strategies to achieve and exceed market share and revenue targets for the Surface Division.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the SSEA region to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Lead and manage the performance of the Surface Division, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to financial and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, finance) and external partners to align efforts and drive regional success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners to secure long-term business and enhance brand loyalty.
• Provide regular performance reporting and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior business management or leadership role within the mining, construction, or industrial equipment sector, preferably within the surface segment.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully growing market share and achieving business objectives in a regional or international context.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Experience in managing P&L responsibilities and financial performance within a business unit.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field.
