We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence professional to join our team in Jakarta and play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence across our organization.

About the Role

In this Business Intelligence position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust data analysis frameworks and reporting solutions. Your work will directly support business leaders by providing clear, data-driven insights that inform critical strategic initiatives and optimize our SaaS platform's performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI reporting systems and processes.
• Optimize data models and ETL processes to enhance data retrieval speed and reporting reliability.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
