About the Role

The Relationship Manager, Commercial/Enterprise will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned high-value clients, focusing on understanding their unique financial requirements and providing tailored solutions. This position involves managing client relationships throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing support and potential upselling opportunities. A core aspect of the role includes providing well-being coaching to employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to thrive professionally and personally. Additionally, the role guarantees access to essential technology, including a company laptop, and ensures employees receive the best possible technical support to maintain productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with assigned commercial and enterprise clients.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs through well-being coaching initiatives and personalized financial guidance.
  • Manage client portfolios effectively, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client retention and growth strategies.
  • Ensure clients have access to necessary technology (e.g., company laptop) and receive prompt technical support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within commercial or enterprise financial services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client support and well-being coaching.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of financial products or services is advantageous.
  • Commitment to providing the best possible support to colleagues and clients alike.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
