ECOMMERCE OPERATOR

PT Deli Group Indonesia isseeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operator to join our team in Jakarta. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales growth. About the Role

The E-Commerce Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our company's online marketplaces and platforms. This includes listing products, managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely customer communication. The role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the continuous improvement of our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings and inventory across designated e-commerce platforms.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order fulfillment and shipping coordination.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints via online channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement promotional campaigns and optimize product visibility.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to e-commerce performance and sales data.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the online shopping experience and increase conversion rates.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within retail or a similar industry.
• Strong proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central) and basic understanding of web analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a dynamic environment.
