B1 Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Jet Aviation, a global leader in aircraft maintenance and engineering services, seeks a highly skilled B1 Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety, airworthiness, and operational readiness of our fleet through meticulous technical expertise and adherence to stringent aviation standards.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) tasks on aircraft components and systems classified under the B1 category. This encompasses troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, executing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and conducting thorough inspections in accordance with approved technical data, regulatory requirements (such as EASA or FAA), and company procedures. The technician must operate within defined limits of authority and maintain meticulous documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform B1 category maintenance tasks on aircraft airframes, engines, and associated systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults using technical manuals, diagnostic equipment, and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and regulatory standards.
• Execute complex repairs and modifications following approved engineering instructions (EIs) and maintenance manuals (MMs).
• Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records in compliance with aviation regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company quality management systems.

Requirements

• Hold a valid EASA Part-66 B1 license or equivalent certification.
