About the Role

This position offers a chance to apply your sales skills within the critical oncology therapeutic area. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the effective promotion and adoption of AstraZeneca's oncology portfolio. Your focus will be on driving market access and supporting the strategic goals of the oncology business unit in the Surabaya region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned key accounts within the oncology therapeutic area, ensuring strong relationships and understanding of customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Medical, Marketing, Market Access) to develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about AstraZeneca's oncology products and services to healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the identification of market opportunities and potential areas for growth within assigned accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant AstraZeneca policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other activities to maintain product knowledge and market awareness.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on account management.
  • Strong understanding of the oncology therapeutic area and the healthcare landscape in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales principles and practices is advantageous.
