About the Role

The Executive Talent Acquisition role is pivotal in shaping WPP Media's future success. This position involves leading the strategic development and execution of our global talent acquisition function. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to fuel our growth and innovation across the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in building robust talent pipelines and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global talent acquisition strategies aligned with WPP Media's business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding high-caliber candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leadership, to understand talent needs and ensure effective communication.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and leverage technology to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in senior-level talent acquisition or equivalent leadership roles within a global organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of strategic talent acquisition principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale recruitment initiatives and manage complex hiring processes across multiple geographies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using recruitment technology and data analytics tools.
  • Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Leadership experience managing a team of recruitment professionals.
