About the Role

You will function as a Technical Solution Analyst I, specializing in Oracle Health solutions within the federal sector. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality support to federal clients, ensuring their systems operate effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and implement fixes. This role demands a strong understanding of federal healthcare requirements and Oracle's technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive functional and technical support for Oracle Health solutions to federal clients.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues reported by federal users.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions and enhancements.
  • Document technical procedures and support processes for future reference.
  • Participate in incident management and resolution processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with Oracle Health solutions or similar healthcare IT systems is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is beneficial.
