PIC Fleet Tangerang

PT GlobalJet Cargo is seeking a dedicated Professional In Charge (PIC) Fleet to oversee operations within the Tangerang region. This critical role involves managing the company's aircraft fleet to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant flight operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and operational excellence.

About the Role

The PIC Fleet will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the assigned fleet, ensuring all activities align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols. This position requires a proactive leader capable of making sound decisions under pressure and fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of daily fleet operations, including flight planning, scheduling, and dispatch.
• Ensure all aircraft maintenance and servicing activities comply with regulatory standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance crews, pilots, and ground staff to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor flight performance data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure adherence to all aviation regulations.
• Manage crew assignments and ensure adequate rest periods and compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar fleet management or supervisory role within the aviation industry.
• Valid and current Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with appropriate type ratings.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, FAA, or equivalent) and operational procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make critical decisions in a dynamic environment.
