About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive grant governance frameworks and programme evaluation methodologies.
• Ensure strict adherence to BCA's grant policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements throughout the grant lifecycle.
• Lead the review and analysis of grant applications, ensuring thorough assessment against set criteria and objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight and reporting on the performance, impact, and compliance of funded programmes.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (typically 8-12 years) in managing grant programmes, including governance, evaluation, and compliance within a public or large corporate setting.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing robust grant management frameworks and performance measurement systems.
