About the Role
The successful candidate will provide administrative and logistical support to the TC team, focusing on the coordination and management of technical training, competency development, and learning activities specifically designed for maintenance staff. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of technical proficiency and safety within the operations.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of technical training schedules, registration processes, and participant tracking for both internal and external training programs.
- Support the administration of competency programs, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to program requirements.
- Contribute to the organization and management of learning activities, including logistical arrangements and resource preparation.
- Provide general administrative support to the TC team, such as document preparation, data entry, and communication facilitation.
- Assist in the monitoring and reporting of training program outcomes and participant feedback.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, training, and development within an industrial or technical context.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency in standard office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative when required.
