Training Specialist (Service Team)

PT Sany Heavy Industry Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to join its Service Team based in West Java. This role focuses on developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of service technicians and support staff, ensuring they are proficient in maintaining and servicing the company's heavy industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency across the organization.

About the Role

The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training initiatives tailored to the Service Team's needs. This includes creating training materials, conducting both classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The role involves close collaboration with department managers and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and develop targeted solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging training programs for service technicians and support personnel.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and digital resources.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and skill development opportunities.
• Facilitate both formal classroom training and practical, on-the-job training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure training content aligns with product specifications and service protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of training participation and completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a manufacturing or technical service environment.
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for technical staff.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training documentation tools is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Understanding of industrial equipment service processes is beneficial.
